The broad lawn which starts at the end of the deck of the main house is bordered by flower beds right and left and continues south to the back of the stable where it terminates surrounded on three sides by the Black Garden. Lots of exotic foliage--and some exotic flowers, too--on this page. Many of the photos show the same plants in different combinations. We could go on forever. Continue.

A close-up of Tibouchina urvilleana. It should be interesting to see what the Conservatory looks like in winter when many of the tropicals such as this that have been brought out for the summer are returned to their winter home.
